Manage every Pinterest client account from one workspace.

Official Pinterest API with Standard Access · Secure OAuth · No client passwords stored
Pinterest client operations
A scheduler is only one part of agency delivery.
Client work also needs account separation, predictable publishing, campaign context, team access, and reporting. Pinapex treats those pieces as one workflow instead of a collection of tabs and spreadsheets.
Keep every client account distinct
Organize Pinterest accounts by team workspace so client boards, queues, campaigns, and analytics stay in the right operational context.
Schedule Pinterest content in batches
Upload content, select accounts and boards, prepare copy and links, then review the complete batch before it enters the publishing queue.
See the publishing state clearly
Track what is queued, posting, published, failed, or cancelled without reconstructing delivery status from spreadsheets and browser tabs.
Report across client accounts
Review impressions, saves, Pin clicks, and outbound clicks in one system, with campaign and UTM attribution for traffic analysis.

Frequently asked questions
Pinterest agency software, explained.
Can I manage multiple Pinterest client accounts in Pinapex?
Yes. Pinapex is designed around multi-account workflows. Each Pinterest account connects through OAuth and can be organized inside the appropriate team workspace. The Agency plan supports up to 30 connected accounts.
Does Pinapex use the official Pinterest API?
Yes. Pinapex uses Pinterest's official API with Standard Access. Accounts connect through Pinterest OAuth, and scheduled Pins are published through the approved API rather than browser automation.
Do I need to collect my clients' Pinterest passwords?
No. Clients authorize their Pinterest accounts through OAuth. Pinapex does not ask you to collect or store their Pinterest passwords, and access can be revoked from Pinterest account settings.
Can my team work inside the same Pinterest agency workspace?
Yes. Agency teams can invite members into shared workspaces, separate client operations, and keep account access scoped to the team where the work belongs.
Is Pinapex a Tailwind alternative for agencies?
Pinapex can be an alternative for teams whose priority is Pinterest-only, multi-client operations. It focuses on account organization, batch scheduling, queue visibility, team workspaces, analytics, and campaign attribution. Teams that need a broad multi-social network suite may prefer a different category of tool.
How does the Agency Beta work?
Selected Pinterest freelancers and agencies receive 30 days of Agency access for up to 30 accounts. Pinapex asks for two short workflow feedback sessions; no public review is required.
